Known for being home to one of the richest cycles of festivals and cultural events in Poland, Krakow is a city where there are always things to do, places to go and sights to see. For information about the latest festivals and goings on in Krakow, pay a visit to the Cultural Information Centre on the Ulica Sw Jana.

Easter time in Krakow is always a time for great celebration and some of the most popular events include the highly acclaimed passion play each Maundy Thursday and Good Friday. Close by and in the city of Chorzów, the Silesian Stadium has a capacity of around 50,000 spectators and regularly hosts a series of sporting events, massive rock concerts and speedway racing, being home to Poland's national football team.
